Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for FilmLoop
FilmLoop is a client delivery platform for video professionals. It allows filmmakers, editors, and creative agencies to create branded delivery pages, share files with clients, collect feedback, and manage project approvals.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
Accounts are intended for use by a single individual or a single studio/team. You may not share access in a way that bypasses plan limits.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity.
You may use FilmLoop to deliver lawful creative work to your clients. You may not use it to:
You retain full ownership of all content you upload.
By uploading files to FilmLoop, you grant us a limited licence to store, process, and deliver your content solely for the purpose of operating the platform.
We do not use your files for advertising, AI training, or any purpose beyond providing the service.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and share any content.
FilmLoop offers a free tier and paid plans (Pro and Studio), billed via Stripe.
We may update pricing with 30 days' notice. Active subscribers will be notified by email.
Files you upload count toward your plan's storage limit. Archived projects continue to count toward storage usage.
FilmLoop is a file delivery platform, not a backup or long-term storage service.
You are responsible for maintaining your own backups of all files. We strongly recommend keeping original copies outside of FilmLoop.
When a project is deleted or permanently removed, associated files are deleted and cannot be recovered.
If your subscription lapses:
Your clients access delivery pages you create. When clients leave feedback, their name and message are stored and visible to you.
Clients are not registered users of FilmLoop. You are responsible for informing your clients that their feedback is processed through the platform.
We aim to keep FilmLoop reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions or data loss.
FilmLoop is provided "as is".
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, data, or business interruption.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email.
Continued use of FilmLoop after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dutch courts.
